1.  Start server accounts software first.  Then open the terminal computer
    and terminal software.

2.  Do not start data entry and reporting on server before opening software 
    at terminal.

3.  You can start data entry once terminal is open.

4.  Select reports option to view an INvoice or Return/Refund.
    You should not view Invoices or Return/Refunds using edit mode.  
    
5.  To do BACKUP or REINDEX 
    you need to close software on terminals and then you can do it from server.

6.  Backups made at terminal are the terminal software setup backup and it does 
    not have your main data.
    
7.  To close the server software you should first close software on terminals.
