COMPLETE NEW INSTALLATION FROM WEBSITE

1. Download and save to D:\ACT or E:\ACT folder (where software is already installed)

for Fast internet connection : www.ez911.com/vinstall/vtupgrade.exe

for Slower internet connection : www.ez911.com/vinstall/vtupgradeq.exe

2 Download www.ez911.com/vinstall/lprint.exe

3. Open ACT folder and DBL CLICK on VTUPGRADE.EXE or VTUPGRADEQ.EXE

4. Press ENTER and wait till the files are extracted.

5. Press ENTER to close the file

6. Open ACT folder

7. If you have downloaded vtupgradeq (smaller file) you also need to download www.ez911.com/vinstall/fontsall.zip

Then you need to extract fonts from the above fontsall.zip file to ACT\FONTS folder

8. Open Reinstal folder

9. Dbl Click on ReinstalD to insall on D or ReinstalE to install on E … etc

10. Go to ACT folder

11. Select LPRINT.EXE

12. RIGHT CLICK and select SEND TO DESKTOP (make a shortcut)

2. Open folder IAUPGRADE

3. Copy the file VTUPGRADE to d:\act or e:\act folder

4. DBL CLICK ON D:\act\vtupgrade or e:\act\vtupgrade

5. PRESS ENTER and wait till the files are extracted.

6. Press ENTER to close the file

9. DBL CLICK ON UPG-D or UPG-E

10. open ACT folder
